Smoked Trout from Rockbourne Trout Fishery

Smoked Trout for sale

Following a number of enquiries we are pleased to announce that we now have our own fish locally smoked available for sale.  The smoked trout comes vacuum packed, sliced and ready to eat.  It will last about a month in your fridge or longer in your freezer. While fresh Rockbourne Trout is great anyway, the smoked fish makes a tasty alternative.

We try to keep a good supply of smoked trout in stock but if you're coming from a long way away please do call first and we will reserve some for you.

 

Smoked Trout Swap

We are also pleased to swap your freshly caught Rockbourne trout for smoked trout.

The exchange is for a rough 25% weight of fresh fish to smoked fish and then £4.00 per 250g of smoked fish, subject to availability.
